Hiking guide, PR and e-shop manager
First of all, I am not an Iron woman and have never run a marathon. That has to be said. I represent the feminine part of Biko because… tough ain’t enough. We are not only a group of men who take you for a long work-out on mtb. You can also take an easier ride, if that is what you enjoy, and go with me as your guide. In Biko I also share the role of back office with Filippo. The bike goes through my life like a red thread. When I met him, he was on a bike, too. (I like to think about it as a white horse.) Now, we run Biko – a bike (in English) + kolo (in Czech). So you see, it’s a matter of heart. I work as a full-time teacher at a private university and it happens quite often that I need to get out of my daily routine. In the Czech Republic, the outdoors is never far away from where you are, and that’s what I love about it (and missed in some other countries). Hiking, running and biking are natural ways of tranport, and if you are short of time, the fastest is the best. By bike you can see so many things in one day and be active at the same time. For me it’s just a perfect way of exploring a new place. I have always tried to rent a bike while travelling and never got tired of it. Having a guide who knows the track can make your experience even better. I’m a native Czech and know a lot about Czech history and lifestyle and I’ll be very happy to share all that with you on one of our tours. Looking forward to meeting you in Biko’s office or while riding together.
